What happened

On September 3 the hospital found that a temp worker at its health check center had taken home booking ledgers for outside checkups. They covered 1,351 people at 33 workplaces checked from June 7 to August 31, with names, genders, ages, workplaces and checkup courses. [1]

The ledgers were recovered, but the worker said some had been thrown out as household trash in late July, and those for 600 people at 11 workplaces could not be recovered. The hospital explained and apologized to the workplaces and the people affected. [1]
