Daiwa Securities Group: servers and network of its UK M&A advisory subsidiary were accessed without authorization

It announced unauthorized access to servers and the network system owned and operated by its UK subsidiary Daiwa Corporate Advisory Limited, which provides M&A advisory services. After confirming it, the subsidiary took preventive measures and is investigating the state and extent of any leak with outside experts.
