Nosh: a sub PC holding customer data was encrypted by ransomware, and 6,184 customer records may have leaked

   Early in the morning a failure hit part of the internal systems. A check found a ransomware intrusion that had encrypted the data of a PC. Around 11:00 it cut the network of that PC. [1]

Only the sub PC that held customer data for a specific task was attacked. The names (company names), addresses and phone numbers of 6,184 individual and corporate customers may have leaked. No leak has been confirmed. Payments are outsourced and it holds no card data. The cause was an attack on a server vulnerability, together with problems in the network settings and password strength.
