An April 16 attack was detected the next morning; network isolation disrupted websites, email and educational systems. July's report identified encryption of 43,451 account records, without confirmed external leakage. Main services had recovered by July 16, while other restoration and investigation continued. Hospital records and clinical care were unaffected.
