Suspicious administrator logins on August 6 and threat files the next day prompted account changes and investigation. Publication of stolen information was confirmed on August 21. Staff, former staff, applicants and group customers were affected; the total remained under investigation, expected to be in the thousands. My Number was excluded and no secondary harm was confirmed at disclosure.
