Mitsubishi Paper Mills: intrusion through remote access

Unauthorized remote connections on August 26–28 were identified on August 29. Isolation and investigation identified confirmed or possible exposure concerning 2,422 current staff/officers and 1,787 former staff. Names, business email and encrypted passwords were among the fields. Customer, bank and My Number information was excluded; no operational or secondary harm was confirmed.
