K.UNO: web system intrusion

A display failure on December 29 led to disclosure of possible intrusion on December 30. The April 2026 investigation could not rule out exposure of customer names, contacts, passwords and purchase history, but found no confirmed leakage or misuse. Entry-route remediation was completed. Investigators found no intrusion or tampering in card-payment systems and ruled out exposure of card data. Some online services remained restricted. Subsequently, card payments resumed at 14:00 on May 29, 2026 following safety verification and payment-system migration.
