At Home: unauthorized login to the moving quote system

On 22 January a third party accessed and logged in to the system that runs the moving quote service on the At Home property site. Names, emails, phone numbers and addresses of 408 people who requested quotes since January 2025 may have leaked, along with data on 14 moving companies, 315 member real estate agencies (including bank account details) and 5,143 further agencies. The service was suspended. Public quote requests resumed at 11:00 on February 17 after safety checks, while the agency management system remained suspended. No data alteration or new leakage was found.
