Ransomware detected on March 13 and disclosed March 17 halted orders and shipping after abuse of a legitimate account. Potential exposure was 772,000 records in April, revised after examination to 641,000 people in May, potentially including duplicates. The completed investigation found no definitive direct evidence of data exfiltration and treats the information as potentially leaked. Services resumed progressively and authentication and monitoring were strengthened.
