Rohto Pharmaceutical: unauthorized access to its mail order systems

On 10 September, Rohto Pharmaceutical found possible unauthorized access to systems used for its mail order business and disclosed it on 11 September. Its update on 15 September said recorded customer calls and related data stored in the mail order customer service system may have been taken, and data may also have been taken from its customer management system. The scope and numbers are under investigation, and no impact on its main business was found.
