Fuji TV: unauthorized access to the programme promotion system
On 20 October, Fuji Television Network said it had found unauthorized access by a third party to its programme promotion system the night before. Names, company names, emails and other personal data of up to 730 media contacts registered in the system may have leaked. No viewer data was stored there. It stopped using the system and is checking the impact, including on uploaded materials.
