What happened

Niitsu Food Co., Ltd. and Lion D'or Corporation said on 30 October that Green Stamp Co., Ltd., which manages member data for the Niitsu Food Green Card, had reported unauthorized access by a third party. It affected the environment of the roster entry system used to register members in the point system. [1] [2]

Impact

Card numbers, names, addresses, phone numbers, birth dates and sex of 297 people who joined from June to September 2026 may have leaked. The roster system is separate from the point system, so member data there and Rakuten Edy balances are not affected. The companies hold no card data. [1] [2]

They are working with Green Stamp on the cause and prevention. Members can check whether they are affected through a dedicated Green Stamp form. [1] [2]
