JOGMEC: unauthorized access to its information systems

After a tip-off from an outside organization, the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC) found on 9 September that unauthorized access to its information systems may have leaked about 1,100 staff email addresses and about 7,400 outside email addresses. It restricted access and controlled communications on the affected systems.
