Life Card: V-Preca contractor system intrusion

On 31 October Life Card said unauthorized access had been found on a contractor system it uses to provide V-Preca and that customer data may have leaked. It is checking with the contractor whether data leaked, what and how much. [1]

It has suspended part of the service while it applies fixes and checks safety, and says repayments of deferred-payment top-ups will be handled without trouble. It has not named the contractor. [1]
