Okinawa Prefecture: unauthorized access to the administrative document catalog

Okinawa Prefecture disclosed on October 22 that it detected unauthorized access to its administrative document catalog on October 17 and blocked all communication that day. It said the system held no personal information and there was no possibility of personal-data leakage. The site was temporarily closed, with recovery timing and the entry route unresolved. The prefecture denied a connection to the PHP vulnerabilities.
