Shinryo: cyberattack causes a system outage

On 17 October, unauthorized access caused a system outage at Shinryo, an HVAC and plumbing contractor, and the investigation found it was a cyberattack. Some services it provides were affected, and it contacted affected customers and partners individually. As of 21 October, no leak of personal or customer data had been found.
