Lawson: unauthorized access at the contractor running the app pre-order store search

On 26 October, Lawson said unauthorized access was detected at the contractor that runs the store search for its Lawson app pre-order service, and the service has been stopped. Customers cannot choose a new store for pre-orders; those with a registered My Store can still order. Lawson says its own systems and customer data are not affected. The contractor has not been named. This is separate from the Lawson ID case announced on 8 October.
