TOKAI Holdings: suspected unauthorized access attempt; TLC member services suspended

On October 23 TOKAI Holdings disclosed that, after a suspected attempt by a third party to access part of the TLC member service systems, it had suspended the TLC Points site, the TLC Points app and TLC My Page as a precaution since 22:00 on October 19. No leak of customer data or misuse of TLC points was confirmed. Whether access occurred and the safety of related systems were under investigation; the reopening date was undecided.
