What happened

On 2 November Plenus was informed by its Hotto Motto newsletter contractor that an intrusion had exposed member information. The stated occurrence period is 28–31 October. The company has not named the supplier. [1]

Impact and response

Up to about 7,000,000 records include email addresses, names, birth dates and phone numbers. No card information is held. The newsletter service is fully suspended with no restart date. Online ordering remains available and is not confirmed affected. [1]
